1. Marketplace role

Medra is a multi-vendor marketplace. Pharmacies and vendors are independent sellers responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products they list, including prescription requirements.

2. Payments & fees

Sellers set the price they receive; Medra adds its commission on top when showing prices to customers, and removes that same commission automatically at payout. Delivery fees are calculated per order and shown before checkout.

3. Delivery

Delivery fees vary by distance and rider availability. Riders are independent delivery partners. Delivery finalizes once both rider and customer confirm the delivery code.

4. Accounts

Each email address may hold at most one profile per account type (one customer profile, one seller profile, one rider profile). Impersonation, fraudulent listings, and fraudulent orders are prohibited and may result in suspension. Accounts with a violation on record that are then deleted are permanently banned from re-registering.

5. Prescriptions & safety

Prescription-required items must be verified by the fulfilling pharmacy before dispatch. You are responsible for the accuracy of any prescription you upload.

6. Refunds

Item costs are refunded in full when approved; delivery fees are refunded net of Medra's standard deduction. See the full terms for exact figures and the approval process.

7. Changes

Medra may update these terms, fees, and marketplace policies from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
